The nose grows in the glass. It is well rounded in the mouth with acidity balanced by a gliceric touch that is velvety soft and unctuous. Great citric freshness and creamy salinity in the mouth. Long, persistent and vibrant.
Château du Donjon 2016 Rosé(90 points Wine Enthusiast )- Made from 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 30% Cinsault, this Minervois rosé offers layered, complex scents of orange blossom, peony, ginger and red currant. Unger Zweigelt Rose 2016(88 points Wine Enthusiast)- Light bodied and fruit-driven, this wine leads with refreshing, easy citrus notes and friendly red apple nuances. It finishes dry.
Mastroberardino 2016 Lacrimarosa Rosato (90 points Wine Enthusiast)- "This lovely rosato has alluring aromas of red cherry, ripe raspberry and cake spice that follow over to the savory palate. Bright acidity provides balance while a hint of mineral adds depth."
