The Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce celebrates the 34th anniversary of the Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival, a tradition that started in 1982.
Art & Wine 2015 features top-quality, non-stop local and Bay Area music and entertainment on two stages for the entire family, hand-made crafts and works of art from more than 200 artisans, award-winning local and regional wines and microbrews, festival food, Premium Wine Tent, Craft Beer Garden, the crazy Grape Stomp Competition, the delightful Festival Train, and the Children’s Area. Festival admission is free; souvenir wine and beer tasting glasses can be purchased. Read the latetst newsletter to find out what's going on or check out our Art and Wine webpage for all the details.
Two Days of Live Entertainment! Get your grove on with The Unauthorized Rolling Stones Band, The Houserockers, Lovefool, SOL, Delta Wires, Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums, JC Smith Band, Fito Reinoso, Key Lime Pie, PUSH, Revolver, Fu Man Chu and Foothill Middle School. Check out the shedule here.
Special Wines will be showcased in the Premium Wine Tent, so clear your palate and settle in on some of the wine critics’ favorites. Rare gems from Schramsberg, Cakebread, Joseph Phelps, Stags’ Leap, Caymus, and others find their way into the Premium Tent, located this year near the main entrance of the festival. Sip a sexy complex cab or savor a feisty super Tuscan, the choice is yours.
This is the weekend to indulge your taste buds. Aunt Betty will be there with her gourmet hotdogs, and so will Sonoma Teriyaki with all of their festival favorites. A Kobe Burger or Lobster Slider will make a perfect pairing with your Premium Wine Tent selections! You may just want some Old Tyme Kettle Corn or a Frozen Fantasies chocolate dipped fruit kabob. No matter what your taste buds are calling for, we've got you covered, plus—you can always come back for more!
